John Hoffman

John Reid Hoffman, age 61 of Tuscaloosa, passed away on August 11, 2021 at DCH Regional Medical Center. A private memorial service will be held in John's honor.

John is preceded in death by his father, William Hoffman

He is survived by his wife, Michele Hoffman, sons; Jason Hoffman (Dana), William Nilsson (Holly), daughter; Lauren Leone (John), grandsons; Johnny Leone and Parker Nilsson, mother; Nancy Hoffman and his siblings.

John and Michele relocated to Tuscaloosa from Frederick, Maryland six years ago to be closer to family. John loved BBQ and Football. He was always excited when the new season was starting. There was always a game on TV every Saturday and Sunday. Whenever possible, John tried to watch his beloved Washington Capitals Hockey Team and he never missed a chance to build a bracket for March Madness.

John was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. He was one of a kind and will be so incredibly missed.
