TUSCALOOSA - Wilson R. Atchison, age 65, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., went to his heavenly home February 28, 2020. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2020, at Magnolia Chapel South with Bro. Brandon Vaughan officiating. Entombment will follow in Magnolia Chapel Mausoleum with Magnolia Chapel South directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, J.W. and Mary Atchison; brother, James Atchison; inlaws, Vonceil and Mable Mitchell; nephew, Ben Mitchell and a great niece, Kacey Mitchell.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Peggy Atchison; son, Jeremy Atchison (Angela); daughter, Jennifer Waldrop (Teral); grandchildren, Brooke Waldrop, Cade Waldrop and Gray Atchison; sisters, Wilda Hoyle and Faye Coffey.

Wilson love the Lord and loved to share the gospel with everyone he met. He will truly be missed by all.
