William Terry "Toby" Walker II NORTHPORT William Terry "Toby"� Walker II, age 47, of Northport, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North. Services will immediately follow at 12 noon with Pastor Alfred Banks officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Frank and Dellar Watkins; and his paternal grandfather, Leon Walker. He is survived by his parents, William Terry and Willie Mae Walker of Gordo; his brother, David Walker (Tammy) of Gordo; his sister, Serina Walker Montgomery (Michael) of Northport; and his grandmother, Mary Walker of Samantha. He leaves behind his beloved children, Haleigh Walker Banks (Adam) of Tuscaloosa, Jacob Walker of Coker, and Max Walker of Spanish Fort. He also leaves to cherish his memory his adored and caring fiancée, Kim Apperson Ross of Northport. Pallbearers will be Warren Vail, Dale Christian, Tony Smelley, Adam Marcum, Adam Banks, and Nathan Swedenburg. Honorary pallbearers are David and Daniel Ross, Katherine Kelley, Marty Hagler, Doug Harper, the 1984 graduating class of Tuscaloosa County High School, NorthStar Paramedic Services, and his many friends and colleagues in the electrical business. Known simply as "Toby"� to his friends and family, Mr. Walker was a professed Christian and master electrician. He was a passionate movie critic, skillful roller-skater, and possessed a distinct and infectious laugh, that brought joy to many. His kindness, warmth, and compassion to others during their trials or sorrows were a distinguishing characteristic and reflection of his true spirit. He is loved and will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to his children via the Toby Walker Memorial Fund at Regions Bank.
