William "Jack" Sullivan NORTHPORT | William "Jack" Sullivan, age 75, of Northport, died July 4, 2014, at home. Services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at Phillips Chapel Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtis Ruth Sullivan. Survivors include his daughter, Regina Jones (Ed); son, Filemon Martinez; sister, Helen Hamner; and grandchildren, Thomas and Cissy Sullivan, Tyler Jones, Jackson Andablo, Cooper Jones, Cheyanne Jones, Jeremy Jones, Jennifer Jones, and Jimmy Jones. Pallbearers will be Pablo Carcomo, Emilio Carcomo, Donnie Watson, Darren Watson, Josh Watson, and Kenny Traweek. Honorary pallbearer is Geraldine Shelby.
