Rev. Thomas H. Cook MOUNDVILLE Rev. Thomas H. Cook, age 81, of Moundville, died May 14, 2012, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Chuck Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing.
