Steven L. Mabry NORTHPORT | Steven L. Mabry, age 62, of Northport, died Aug. 20, 2014, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014, at Waters Funeral Home in Baldwyn, Miss., with Bro. Kelly Carmichael officiating. Burial will follow in Prentiss Memorial Gardens with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North and Waters Funeral Home of Baldwyn, Miss., directing. Visitation will be Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North and Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014, one hour prior to services at Waters Funeral Home. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sheryl Mabry; and half-brother, Brandon Key. Survivors include his wife, Janis Melton Mabry of Northport; daughter, Misty O'Brien and her husband, Sean O'Brien of Burnsville, Minn.; son, Drew Mabry of Phenix City, Ga.; sisters, Debbie Mabry of Northport, Sheila Buse and her husband, Joe Buse of Baldwyn, Miss.; parents, John H. Mabry and Charleene Key of Baldwyn, Miss.; and granddaughter, Caty O'Brien of Burnsville, Minn. Steve was a wonderful family man who loved and bragged on his children and granddaughter. He was married to the love of his life for 44 years. He was a great father, husband, son, and brother. Honorary pallbearers are Steve's friends and employees of Tuscaloosa Chevrolet, Dr. James Robinson, and Dr. Craig Buettner.
