She was outspoken, strong willed, a fighter, had a big heart and was full of life. When she was diagnosed with cancer, she said "I'm going to win this battle." She fought a good fight and ultimately won her battle as is now with our Lord. She loved her grandchildren; they were the apple of her eye. I believe she will be remembered by many as she was cooking, she would say "get out of the kitchen." She will be missed by many. We love our momma and are heartbroken but we have peace knowing her suffering has ended. Pallbearers will be her nephews: Jason Stephens, Chris Shaw, Drake Shaw, Justin Fondren, Wade McCraw and Joel Kelly. Honorary pallbearers are Gene McCraw, Otis Crumley, Southern Care Hospice, Mrs. Shirley Mizell, Shane Sprinkles and the Tuscaloosa County Board of Education (Bus Shop).
