Sandra Gaddy

Sandra Kay Gaddy, age 64, of Coker, Alabama, passed away March 26, 2024 at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 29, 2024, at Bethany Baptist Church, 14233 Upper Columbus Rd, Coker, AL 35452, with Bro. Gene Dockery officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining church cemetery with Magnolia Chapel North directing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Carolyn C. Miller.

Survivors include her husband, Frank Gaddy; sons, Ben Gaddy (Brandy) and Nick Gaddy (Crystal); sister, Marilyn Pate; brothers, Donnie Miller, and Dennis Miller; four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Everyone knew her as Maw. She loved spending time with family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She touched the lives of so many people with her kind and gentle nature. She lived a wonderful life filled with love and laughter through the good times and the bad ones. She loved playing with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved and cherished her family and always put them first.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Deidre and Chris White for being there for her so much through this last year of hard times.

Pallbearers will be Ben Gaddy, Luke Moore, Leland Wheat, Billy Schofield, Jonathon Price, and Clint Durrett.

Honorary pallbearers are DCH Regional 7 North, Alabama Cancer Center, and the Coker Community.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alabama Cancer Center.
