NORTHPORT - Ruby Hall Mashburn, age 90, of Northport, Ala., passed away May 15, 2018 at Hospice of West Alabama. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2018, at Sunset Memorial Park with Rev. Jerry Montgomery officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Pearl Hall; husband, Chuck Mashburn; seven brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include her nephew, David Humphrey (Johnnie); nieces, Sandra Bunn, Linda Champion (Herb), Brenda Childress (Galen) and Donna Smith (Tommy); two great-nieces; two great-nephews; one great-great-niece and one great-nephew.
Aunt Ruby loved gardening and quilting.
Pallbearers will be David Humphrey, Herb Champion, Galen Childress, Danny Fenimore, Brandon Fenimore and Donnie Keene.
Honorary pallbearers are friends and neighbors of Fieldcrest Apartments, Gulf States Paper Corp., Dr. Stephen Browne and staff and the staff of Forest Manor Health and Rehab.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity or Hospice of West Alabama.
