GREENSBORO} Richmond R.C. (Pete) Colburn, age 78 of Greensboro, passed away on Thursday January 24, 2019 at Woodhaven Manor in Demopolis. Services will be held on Monday, January 28, 2019 at Lake Payne Church of God at 1:00 pm with Rev. Bryan Lagrone officiating and Magnolia Chapel South directing. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Judy Colburn (mother of his children) and Louise (L.D) Colburn, his parents the late C.L. Colburn and Rozelle Colburn, his brother L.C. Colburn and his sister Linda Winn.

Pete is survived by his daughters; Shelia C. England (David), Sherry Colburn, Kathy C. Odom (Neal), and Laura C. Etheridge (Roger), six grandchildren; Katie, Tyler (Karen), Mike (Amber), Dylan (Sara), Ensleigh and Trey, five great grandchildren; Kayleigh, Patrick, John Daniel, Reed, and Ryker, three sisters; Betty J. Carter (Jimmy), Elizabeth Hale, Geraldine Green (Billy), and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tim Fondren, Billy Green, Darrell Fondren, Joey Carter, Larry Colburn, and Danny Hale. Honorary pallbearers are Clyde Watkins, Earl Fondren and Jimmy Carter.
