Richard McDuff III MOUNDVILLE Richard "Buddy" McDuff III, age 56, of Moundville, died Feb. 16, 2012, at Brookwood Medical Center. Services will be 4 p.m. today at Eutaw Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Pearson and Bro. Rick Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Mesopotamia Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his father, Earl McDuff; and his brother, Frankie McDuff. Survivors include his wife, Lucy McDuff of Moundville; his daughter, Paige Kelley of Moundville; his sons, Ian McDuff (Nicole) of Chelsea and Kaylan McDuff of Washington, D.C.; his mother, Tonie McDuff of Eutaw; and his grandchildren, Haley, Nathan, and Noah McDuff, and Hannah and Bailey Kelley. Our devoted and loving Buddy left us on February 16, 2012, after a long, hard battle with cancer. We love you, always. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Hill, Buddy Pearson, Elisha Drake, Billy Levert, Mike Browning, and Tommy Porter. Honorary pallbearers are Don Capps, Mike Capps, Ken Capps, T.E. Lamb, Dennis Stripling, and Ronnie Britton. In lieu of flowers, please make a charitable donation to the American Cancer Society or the Greene County Ambulance Service.
