He was influenced by his dad and Big Daddy who were exceptional electricians. This is where he developed his strong work ethic of being dedicated, dependable and a hard worker to all who knew him.
Randy was an exceptional story teller. When he told his stories he had a unique way of telling them and always brought laughter to those listening.
One of his greatest joys in life was the family tradition of racing. Many races were spent in the infield at Talladega on the Pine Ridge Gang "blue bus". After Nascar, Randy spent countless weekends enjoying dirt track racing with his brother and family. If he wasn't racing, he was planting green fields, a garden or bush hogging on his tractor.
One of his greatest loves was his grandchildren. He adored them and was known as Poppa.
Randy was known by all to be generous and kind. He was there to lend a helping hand to all who needed him. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
