Paul Sutton

Paul David Sutton age 69 of Northport, Alabama passed away on January 7, 2021 at DCH Medical Center. Memorial Services will be held on January 16, 2021 at Magnolia Chapel North at 2:00 p.m. with Jennie Frazer Sutton officiating.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Thomas Sutton and Evelyn Sanders Sutton.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Leigh Williams Sutton; his sons, David Christopher Sutton(Jennie) and Charlie Thomas Sutton(Cory); sister, Pat Mitchell; grandchildren, Dylan Sutton and Clayton Sutton; other survivors include his beloved pets, Gizmo, Gadget, Gabbie, Harry and Zoey.

Paul David Sutton was born January 13, 1951 in Sheffield, Alabama. Paul Sutton was a graduate of Sheffield High School and The University of Alabama with a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting. He was a member of The Million Dollar Band. He loved music and was talented in playing the trombone, piano and the pipe organ. He married Carol Leigh Williams on February 2, 1971. He became a father to David C. Sutton on August 23, 1971 and again to Charlie T. Sutton on October 24, 1979. He was loved by so many and was an inspiration to those he met.

Honorary pallbearers are the nurses and the physicans at DCH Medical Center.
