Patricia E. McAteer BUHL | Patricia E. McAteer, age 59, of Buhl, died November 12, 2014, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday, November 14, 2014, at Buhl Church of God with Rev. David Kelly and Bro. Shane Housley officiating. Burial will follow in Cornelius Chapel Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be Thursday, November 13, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church. The body will lie in state one hour prior to services. She was preceded in death by her father, James McAteer. Survivors include her brother, Rodney McAteer (Sonya); mother, Dean McAteer; niece, Brittany Hardy (Alan); and great-nephew, Brayden Hardy. Patricia was a loving daughter, sister, and aunt and a friend to all that knew her. Her main concern was that everyone she knew knew the Lord. Her favorite saying was "I love you more." Pallbearers will be Phillip Booth, Jimmy McAteer, Doug McAteer, Scott Gregory, Bill Pruden, Jr. and Justin Booth. Honorary pallbearers are members of Buhl Church of God and Cornelius Chapel, friends and neighbors of the Buhl community, and special friend Chisan Jones.
