Mattie Lou Pate BUHL | Mattie Lou Pate, age 86, formerly of Buhl, died October 14, 2014, at Regency Retirement Home. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, October 16, 2014, at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North with Rev. John Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in Flatwoods Baptist Church Cemetery in Pickens County with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be Thursday one hour prior to services at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her husband, James O. Pate. She is survived by her son, James O. Pate, Jr. Mattie was a loving devoted wife and mother.
