Mary Frances Taylorr NORTHPORT - Mary Frances Taylor, age 65, of Northport, Ala., died December 11, 2016, due to an auto accident in Tuscaloosa. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at Phillips Chapel with Terrell Jones and Jerry Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Survivors include her daughter, Tracy Barrett (Tim) of Northport; son, Derek Taylor (Dale) of Coker; sister, Bob Tarwater (Eddie) and Jewel Morris; brother, Hanky Watson (Tracy) and grandchildren, Ethan Pate, Coleton Pate, Tory Barrett and Taylor Barrett. Due to an auto accident on December 6, 2016 Sam passed away, he was followed by his beautiful wife Frances on December 11, 2016. The two were married for 47 years and were inseparable up until their final moments. They were absolutely crazy about each other each other and their two grandsons. Sam enjoyed hunting and fishing and a love for outdoors was something he instilled in everyone around him. Frances was a phenomenal cook and served a number of patients at Druid City Hospital for many years. She was a dedicated wife, loving mother and outstanding grandmother. Pallbearers will be Trent Watson, Hanky Watson, David Taylor, Josh Taylor, Deuel McBride, Chris Johnson, Jackson Snow, Ethan Pate, Coleton Pate, Joseph Trawick, Randy Overton, Taylor Barrett. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jack Montgomery, Friends of Morman Road, Mike O'Bryant, DCH Kitchen, Buck Eye Hunting Club, Friends of Pine Dale Drive and Friends of Matt Drive.
