Mary Steading

Mary Helen Steading DUNCANVILLE Mary Helen Steading, age 85, of Duncanville, died April 10, 2013, at Hospice of West Alabama. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. She was preceded in death by her husband, William O. Steading; her parents, T.G. Myers and Toni Flowers; and two brothers. Survivors include her daughters, Carolyn Hoop (Mike), Jan Simpson (Fred), and Kelly Lee; her brother, William H. Myers; her grandchildren, Christy Hinson (Edward) and Ashton Maren (Keith); and four great-grandchildren. Honorary pallbearers are Teresa Crammie, Hospice of West Alabama, and staff of Hunter Creek Health & Rehab. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of West Alabama.
