Martha Joan Goins TUSCALOOSA | Martha Joan Goins, age 70, of Tuscaloosa, died September 15, 2014. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at Evergreen City Cemetery with Rev. Janette F. Stacy officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. She was preceded in death by her parents, B.V. and Olene Baker.Survivors include her husband, Edward S. Goins; sons, Ray Goins (Kim) and Gary Goins (Cathy); sisters, Judy Averette, Francis Hill (Horace) of San Antonio, Texas; sister-in-law, Lessie R. (Boots) Goins; and grandchildren, Kyler Goins, Kaitlin Goins, and Matthew Goins.Martha was born in Cullman but lived in Tuscaloosa most of her life. She retired from Alabama Dermatology and worked for Doctor David Jackson. Pallbearers will be Howard Caddis, Jeff Smithson, Roy Averette, Gerry Tucker, Monty Montgomery and Jerry Green.Honorary pallbearers are Amedysis Hospice Care, Jim and Sandra Hulsey, William and Sylvia Davis, Jerry and Louise Green, Tonia Townsend, Tracy Warren, Dr. David Jackson, Internal Medicine employees, Don and Charlotte McNabb, Millie Leopard, Alita Tucker, Dee Davis, Mrs. Hedwig Clary and a special thank you to caregiver, Paulette Bolden.
