Lou Ellen Warren MOUNDVILLE Lou Ellen Warren, age 88, of Moundville, died June 4, 2010, at Moundville Health & Rehab. Services will be 4 p.m. today at Moundville United Methodist Church with Rev. Reba Wiley officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Warren; her parents, Tom and Zuma Davis; her brother, Tom Lee Davis, Jr.; and her sisters, Kathleen Alexander and Viola Brown. Survivors include her daughter, Peggy Warren Nevin (Ronald); her son, Rogers Warren (Pat); her sister, Mildred Cockrell; her grandchildren, Kirt Warren (Rebecca) and Tammy Nevin Latham (Kevin); and her great-grandchildren, Dax Warren and Noah Latham. Pallbearers will be Bennie Bardon, Macon Beckham, Eunice Bibby, Scott Davis, Jerry Elkins, Tony Lee, Kevin Latham, Joe Pearson, Nevin Tidmore, and Kirt Warren. Honorary pallbearers are Bessie Edwards, Delia Mills, Charles Giles, Jonell Ash, Moundville Health & Rehab, directors, officers, and employees of the Bank of Moundville, and friends of Moundville and surrounding communities. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Moundville Baptist Church Building Fund, Moundville United Methodist Church Building Fund, or the charity of one's choice.
