Leslie Graben

Leslie Keith Graben, age 49, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., died Monday, November 27, 2017, at Hale County Alabama. A memorial service will be 12 noon Saturday, December 2, 2017, at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South with Rev. Brad Hartsfield officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. He was preceded in death by his father, Leslie Gay Graben. Survivors include his wife, Candy Lightsey Graben; daughter, Destiny Carole Graben; step children, Ansley Catherine McElroy, Madison Hope McElroy and Joshua Aaron Thomas; mother, Cleo Thompson Graben; sisters, Karen Lake (James) and Cindy Waldrup (Tim); and a host of other family members and friends. Keith was many things in this life. He was an honored veteran of the United States Army and served his country. For his profession, he worked in construction where he was able to exercise a keen hand in building and use his remarkable talent for woodworking. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and found great joy in his love for the outdoors and God's creation. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in Keith's name to the Carpenters for Christ Ministry.
