Karen Robinson

Karen Monza Robinson, age 63, passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ the one who could love her more than us.She passed surrounded by her loving family at her home in Brundidge, Al. She bravely fought her illness for 10 years with more love and patience than seemed humanly possible

She is survived by her husband of 43 years Michael Robinson, sons; Josh and Nathan Robinson, grandsons; Cooper and August Robinson, mother; Monza Wilson and her brother; Kevin Wilson.

Karen was a wonderful sweet wife and mother. She had that deep sweet love that came from her walk with the Lord. She lived her faith in her home, church and classroom. She worked overtime for her students in Samson High School, New Hope High School, Dallas County High School and Autauga Academy. In one school she won the Apple Award for Best Teacher of the Year, year after year. One student commented "Mrs. Robinson is a "real lady". Her influence on the lives of these students, her family and her friends will live on and on. Her special loving spirit and her goodness was evident even in the struggle of her last days. As long as she could speak we heard these words; " "Thank You", "I love you", " Your sweet", to those who attended her. She is a special "lady". To the employees of Day Springs Hospice and sitters, Mae and Teresa Rumph a special thanks for their loving care. To all that supported us with their love and prayers "Thank You".

Services for Karen  will be held on Wednesday, August 7,2019, at 2:00 pm at Moundville United Methodist Church with Rev. Billy Gaither officiating and Magnolia Chapel South directing. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Moundville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church.
