Judy Cleary

Judy P. Cleary, age 71, of Tuscaloosa, died September 6, 2016, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 4 p.m. Friday, September 9, 2016, at Englewood Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Richards officiating. Burial will follow in Oakhill Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley "Bo"� Cleary; mother, Beatrice Hudson Kidd; father, Thomas Hudson; and sisters, Gerry Sharp and Sharron Harris. Survivors include her faithful companion, Hope; sons, John Cleary (Debra), Thomas Cleary (fiancé, Jean), Mike Cleary (Christy) and Shawn Cleary (Erin); sister, Carol Watson; brothers, Jessie Buford and Earl Kidd, Jr.; father, Earl Kidd, Sr.; grandchildren, Brandon Cleary, Bradley Cleary, Clay Cleary, Kristin Cleary, Heather Cleary, LeighAnn Vines, Michael Vines, Rylan Cleary and Quinn Cleary; and great-grandchildren, Lexi Cleary, Skyren Cleary and Cayden Vines. Judy was born October 15, 1944 in Laurel, Miss. She grew up in Demopolis, Ala. where she met "Bo"�. Judy traveled the country as a military wife, giving life to her four sons. Judy was the personification of selfless love. Her life was a celebration of her family. With a foundation of unconditional love, she taught us that being a good person should always be your goal and the rest of life will fall in to place. Judy"�s passions were Jesus, her family, her dogs and her coffee. Judy taught her family how to love through encouragement, sacrifice and steadfast commitment to family. Pallbearers will be Bradley Cleary, Brandon Cleary, Bryan Boswell, Barry Boswell, Matthew Perry and Michael Vines. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to The Canine Compassion Fund of Tuscaloosa, Ala.
