Joyce Long Tierce TUSCALOOSA - On January 10, 2018, Joyce Long Tierce of Tuscaloosa was instantly and miraculously cured and she entered into her Heavenly home. Joyce was born on September 27, 1939. Services will be at 2 p.m. at Magnolia Chapel North in Northport on Saturday, January 13, 2018. Burial will follow at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Coker with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be two hours prior to services at the funeral home. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband and father of her children, Perry M. Beck; mother, Viola Christine Sexton; father, Austin William Long; brother, Edward Long; and an infant child. Joyce is survived by her husband of 23 years, Joe Tierce; son, Martye F. Beck; daughter, Andrea E. Mozena; sisters, Carolyn Long Merritt and Opal Brand; brother, William Wallace Sexton, Jr.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
