Joseph Overton

NORTHPORT - Randy "Big O" Overton, age 50, of Northport, died January 18, 2019, at Northport Medical Center. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 21, 2019, at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North with Jeff Champion and Brother Dax Lancaster officiating. Burial will follow in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be Sunday, January 20, 2019, from 6 - 8 p.m., at the funeral home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Jean Overton; sister, Teresa Myers; grandparents, Jesse and Kittie Overton, Katherine Hardy and Billy Hardy; and step grandmother, Edna Hardy.

Survivors include his daughter, Kaci Herron (Jonathan) of Moundville, Ala.; son, Clint Overton (fiancée, Victoria Roberts) of Moundville, Ala.; sister, Lisa Champion (Jeff) of McCalla, Ala.; grandchildren, Ty Herron and Raelynn Overton (due in June); and nieces, Andrea McIntosh (Tosh), Kendal Entrekin (Tyler) and Morgan Morrison.

Pallbearers will be Clint Overton, Jonathan Herron, Duell McBride, Keith Etheridge, Lang Lary and Tosh McIntosh.
