Survivors include his wife, Barbara J. Sparks of Cottondale; daughter, Tina Wright (Ronald) of Northport; sons, Chad Sparks of Cottondale and John Sparks II (Carolyn) of Northport; grandchildren, Hunter Sparks of Tuscaloosa, Sabrina and Brock Wright of Northport and Austin Sprayberry of Northport.
