Jerry White | TUSCALOOSA Jerry White, age 59, of Tuscaloosa, died April 22, 2011, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Big Sandy Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Fields officiating. Burial will follow in Big Sandy Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church. Survivors include his wife, Kay P. White; son, Kyle White (Melanie); daughter, Kellen White; brothers, Gene White (Willie) and Rufus White (Stella); and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Jeff Bradley, John Davis, Thurman Griffin, Allan Hinton, David Mills, and Ray Shealy. Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Larry Skelton and staff, staff of DCH MICU, faculty and staff of Hillcrest Middle School, faculty and staff of University Church of Christ Preschool, employees and management of Phifer Wire, members of Big Sandy Baptist Church, and friends of the Big Sandy community. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Big Sandy Community Cemetery Fund c/o George A.
