GORDO - James Malone, age 82, of Gordo, Ala., passed away April 3, 2o18 at his residence. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2018, at Sardis Freewill Baptist Church with Bro. Jackie Adcox officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister.
He is survived by his cousin and caregiver, Mavis Robertson (Winston).
Pallbearers will be Blake Elkins, Kevin Robertson, Michael Perry, Darryl Robertson, Ryder and Makain Robertson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Curtis Lavoris, Marshall Robertson, Wendall Shirley, Archie Robertson, Buddy Andoe, Joey Massey, Charles Massey, Cecil Banks, Joel Beard and Will Cooper.
