James "Danny"� Campbell, age 66, of Northport, died Oct. 24, 2011, in Houston, Texas. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Arbor Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Jerry Montgomery, Bro. Larry Bonner, Bro. Tim Tindle, and Bro. Ted Sessom officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be two hours prior to services at the church. He was preceded in death by his father, James Richard Campbell, and his brother-in-law, Donald Long. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Brenda Falls Campbell; sons, Jamie Campbell (Lesley) and Shane Campbell (Lesley); sister, Bobbie Jean Long; mother, Elouise Bolton Campbell; grandchildren, Jack and Caroline; and a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins. Mr. Campbell retired from B.F. Goodrich. He was a loving husband, son, father, and grandfather, and was loved by all who knew him. He was the love of Brenda's life and will be greatly missed, and was also the love of his mother's life. Pallbearers will be Clark Collins, Buster Bolton, Jeff West, Todd Bolton, Greg Long, Jason Falls, Bobby Leroy, and George Hunt. Honorary pallbearers are coffee friends at Waffle House, Northside community, Mike and Pam Richardson, Eddie, Sheila and Polly Ellis, Janice and Jimmy Kuykendall, and Shane and Kim Swindle. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Arbor Springs Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
