Hilma O. Kelly ECHOLA | Hilma Kelly, 81 of the Echola Community passed away Friday April 25, 2014 at DCH. Church Services and burial will be 2 p.m. Sunday April 27, 2014 at Dunn's Creek Baptist Church. Visitation will be One hour prior to the service, Magnolia Chapel North directing. Hilma was preceded in death by her parents Johnny and Avis Ousley; son Jimbo Kelly; Sister Shirley Coker; and Brothers Bill, Robert and Jimmy. She is survived by her husband of 64 years Henry V. Kelly, Sons Ronnie (Joy), Don (Judy), Olan; daughter In-law Martha; sister Joyce Mills (John); 'like a sister' Dean Cloudus; grandchildren Ashley McCool (Chris), Erin Joliff (Matt), Heather Hedrick (Paul), Meredith Wheat (Brian), Will Kelly, Chase Kelly (Lori) and Zack Kelly; and 10 great grandchildren. She worked many years in the textile industry where her employers relied on her skill and expertise routinely; in addition, she served in a leadership capacity with the local ILWGU of which she was very proud of being able to serve and assist her fellow co-workers and friends. Pallbearers will be Chase Kelly, Zack Kelly, Will Kelly, Matt Joliff, Paul Hedrick, and Brian Wheat. Honorary pallbearers are friends and neighbors of the Echola Community, her Dunn's Creek Baptist Church family; Dr. Gene Alldredge and staff, Dr. Anne Lewis, Dr. William Hill; DCH nurses and staff (ACCU, 5th and 6' floors). In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made to Dunn's Creek Baptist Cemetery Fund or a charity of one's choice .
