Flora Mae Hocutt NORTHPORT Flora Mae Hocutt of Northport died April 6, 2012, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North with Rev. Jerry Croft officiating. Burial will follow in Gibson Hill Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, John Robert Hocutt; one infant son; her parents, Thomas and Dovie Hyde; her sister, Rose Jones; and her brothers, Lecil, William, and Clifton Hyde. Survivors include her daughters, Betty Honeycutt of Brookwood and Lou Ogles of Huntsville; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for the great meals she cooked for her family and her untimely wit. Pallbearers will be Skylar McKinney, James Hamm, Neil White, and Billy Shelton.
