Jewell Bibby MOUNDVILLE | Jewell Bibby, age 80 of Moundville, Ala., passed away on June 14, 2014 at Moundville Health and Rehab. Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at Magnolia Chapel South with Rev. Ed. King officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2014 at the funeral home. Jewell was preceded in death by her son, Robert Bibby. She is survived by her husband, Luther Bibby, of 64 years; her daughter, Christine (Dana); sons, Randy (Kim), and Gene (Ann); 3 sisters and 2 brothers; several nieces and nephews; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. Pallbearers will be Allen Cook, Brian Bibby, Roy Moore, Jeff Rodgers, Joshua Rodgers, and Arthur Hartley. Honorary Pallbearers are the staff of Moundville Health and Rehab, the Community of Moundville, and Hospice of West Alabama. Special Thanks to Ella Duncan who spent every day with mom.
