Elizabeth "Betty/Flo" Oakley
Northport- Elizabeth "Betty/Flo" Oakley, age 78, of Northport, passed away on January 3, 2019 at Hospice of West Alabama. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Piney Woods Cemetery with Bro. Darrell Harbin officiating and Magnolia Chapel North directing.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Philip Oakley; son, Jimmy Simpson; father, Aster Swindle; mother, Annie Mae Swindle; brother, James "Slim" Swindel.

Survivors include her daughters, Jackie Adams (Mike) and Phyllis McMillen; son, Tim Oakley; sister, Shirley Forrester (Doug); grandchildren, Heather Adams (boyfriend Jimmy Jones), JW Adams, Terry McMillen, Bradley McMillen, and 8 great-grands; and special friends Wayne, Jacky, and Ada Chapman.

Honorary pallbearers will be Hospice of West Alabama, the Piney Woods Community, and residents of the Presbyterian apartments.
