Eleno Ruiz

Eleno Ruiz, age 64, of Northport, died Nov. 10, 2011, at his daughter's home. Visitation will be tonight from 5 to 9 p.m. at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose Angel Ruiz and Juana Alcocer. Survivors include his wife, Maria Luisa Garza Ruiz; his daughters, Nora Ruiz, Yazmin Ruiz, Luz Harbin, and Korina Sarahi Ruiz; his sons, Cecilio Ruiz and Jose Angel Ruiz; his sisters, Amada Ruiz, Alicia Sanchez, Ester Sanchez, and Elvia Coronado; his brother, Margarito Ruiz; his grandchildren, Yadira, Yuliana, Anakaren, Cinthia, Daniel, Nora Luz, Christobal Enrique, Jonathan, David, Joy, Angel Nephtali, Angel Isai, James, Victoria and Ashley; and his great-grandchildren, Yamileth and Gael Emiliano. He was a man who dedicated his life with passion and love to God, a strong and valuable man. He lived with a smile on his face often, making everyone smile and reflecting Christ on his face. He was a man who loved and served his family in body and soul along with whomever was in need. Men like him leave emptiness on earth, but they gain a place in heaven.
