Eleanor Hall

Eleanor M. Hall, age 66, of Gordo, died June 30, 2011, at Hospice of West Alabama.Services will be Sunday at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North with Bro. Bobby Sanford officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Saturday night from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elvin and Lucille Gray; her brother, Leon Hall; her father and mother-in-law, Ed and Martha Hall; and her son-in-law, Freddie Cooper, Sr. Survivors include her husband, Joe M. Hall of Gordo; her daughters, LaDonna Hall Cooper of Gordo and Sarah Hall of Northport; her sons, Mark Hall (Sherrie) and Barry Hall (Lisa), both of Gordo; her sister, Mary Jones of Holt; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was a member of Elrod Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, granny, and friend. She retired from Bryce Hospital. She loved spending time with her family. We love you and miss you. Pallbearers will be DJ Stines, Mark Hall, Jr., Freddie Cooper, Jr., Stephen Cooper, Eddie Blackwood, and Roy Ballenger. Honorary pallbearers are members of Elrod Baptist Church, Charles and Sarah Smith, Paul and Faye Meadows, Vie Sanford, Vera Mitchell, Courtney Martinez, Dr. Stephen Browne, Nicole Pate, and Hospice of West Alabama.
