Donna Sue Smith Brewer Donna Sue Smith Brewer, age 66 of Northport Alabama passed on March 8, 2016 at Northport DCH ICU. Visitation for Mrs. Brewer will be held at Magnolia Chapel South, Sunday, March 13,2016 from 2-4 pm. Mrs. Brewer is preceded in death by her parents Mr. Charles and Mrs. Marcella Imbody, siblings; Charles Imbody Jr. , Gerald Imbody, and Sandra Thompson. Children: Kyndall Brewer Grandchildren: Brittaney Smith. Mrs. Brewer leaves behind husband Paul Brewer of Northport Al. Children: Brent Smith, Tanya Phelps ( Jeremy) , Michelle Marcum (Roy), and Ashlyn Brewer ( Jeffrey). Grandchildren: Jenifer Kennedy ( Michael), Stevie Smith ( Jessie), Scott Smith ( Tyler), Shawn Smith, Brook Smith, Shelby Marcum. Great Grandchildren: Katilynn Smith, Madalyn Kennedy, Dylan Farley, Madilynn Smith. Sibling: Mrs. Carol J Preston ( Bill), Donald Imbody, and Richard Imbody. Mrs. Brewer was an incredible woman that will be missed by so many. She encouraged everyone with the importance of education and was extremely proud of her degree from the University of Alabama, where she went on to work and retire from after twenty seven years with the College of Continuing Studies. Mrs. Brewer's proudest achievement was her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was always proud to share their academic success and brag on them whenever she could. She spent fifteen years happily married to Mr. Paul Brewer and enjoy every adventure they shared together. She was loved and will be missed in ways that could not be put into words.
