Don Ackley NORTHPORT | Don Ackley, age 79, of Northport, died September 18, 2014, at Hospice of West Alabama. Private graveside services will be held at a later date. Visitation will be Sunday, September 21, 2014 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sondra Ackley; and parents, Virginia and Marion Ackley. Survivors include his daughters, Cathy Caldwell (Mike) of Northport and Laura Ackley of Northport; son, Alan Ackley (Kathy) of Fox Island, Wash.; and grandchildren, Ben and Adam Caldwell, and Michael and Amanda Ackley.
