Dollie Herndon Miller
NORTHPORT - Dollie Herndon Miller, age 82, of Northport, Ala., passed away, Friday, March 2, 2018, at her residence. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, March 5, 2018, at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North with Bobby Herndon and Scott Herndon officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband L.E. Miller; her mother and father, eight brothers and sisters, and one great grandson.
Survivors include her daughters, Marie Smith (Tim) and Katelynn Harper (Steven); sons, Bobby Herndon (Kay) and Scott Herndon (Kay); sister, Gladys Farley; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister and will be missed by all.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
The honorary pallbearer is her special friend, James Wedgeworth, who was her hunting and dancing buddy.
