NORTHPORT - Donald Ray Watson, age 83, of Northport, Ala., died December 11, 2018, at Northport Medical Center. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, December 14, 2018, at Phillips Chapel Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jonas and Mary Lene Watson; and a daughter, Lisa Watson Sartain.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Faye Watson; daughter, Becky Watson (Sonya); son, Donald Watson (Tynissa); and grandchildren, Marlena Watson, Hannah Watson, John-Owen Watson, Jonas Sartain and Corina Tingle.
Pallbearers will be John-Owen Watson, Jonas Sartain, Michael Sartain, Jimmy Sartain, Alex Sparks and Jeremy Jones.
