Debra Ann Beck GORDO | Debra Ann Beck, age 54, of Gordo, Ala., died July 12, 2014, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be held 3 p.m. Monday, July 14, 2014, at Magnolia Chapel North with Rev. Mike Spivey officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery in Coker, Ala., with Magnolia Chapel North directing. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home. The body will lie in state Monday, July 14, 2014, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Magnolia Chapel North. She was preceded in death by her father, David Beck and her mother, Doris Beck Nunnally. She is survived by her sons, Jeremy Daniel Inglis (Whitney), and Christopher Jordan Inglis; and her grandchild, Penelope Jean Inglis. Debra was loved dearly by her friends, family, and especially her two sons. Debra will be greatly missed. A dedicated mother and nurse, she was a fighter and went home to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, July 12, 2014, after her long battle with cancer. Pallbearers will be David Allen Beck, Daron Kuykendall, Jake Inglis, John Greeves, Jack Alford, and Ben Dasher. Honorary Pallbearers are staff at DCH Northport Women's Health, Dr. Dubay and staff at the Lewis and Faye Manderson Cancer Center, and physicians and staff at Hospice of West Alabama. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of West Alabama or The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
