Darrell F. Watson BERRY - Darrell F. Watson, age 70, of Berry, died September 21, 2016, at home. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2016, at New Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Montgomery, Rev. Ed Steelman and Rev. Ryan James officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Ann "Blond" Watson; sister, Ruth Sullivan and husband, Jack. Survivors include his wife, Paulette Watson; sons, Darren Watson (Lori), Dale Watson (Kristy), and Donnie Watson (Andrea); brothers, Bobby Watson and Terrell Watson; grandchildren, Ashley Weaver (Josh), Michele Watson (Cory), Madison Patterson, Jennifer Hughes (Jesse), Daniel Watson (Sarah), Dusty Watson, Haley Watson, Josh Watson and Brian Watson. Pallbearers will be his sons and grandsons. Honorary pallbearers are Samantha / New Hope Community family and friends, Internal Medicine of Tuscaloosa, Manderson Cancer Center and Gentiva Home Health.
