Crenshaw McDonnell Jones TUSCALOOSA Crenshaw McDonnell Jones, age 78, of Tuscaloosa, died Jan. 8, 2013, at home. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Sunset Memorial Park with Rev. Jerry Skinner officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by Betty Catanzano, Teresa Lee, Frank Jones, and her parents. Survivors include her husband, John Edward Jones; her daughters, Cindy Mallory (Allen), Joni Jones, and Darlene Fisher; her sons, Richie Kincaid (Lynn), Kenny Kincaid, Eddie Jones (Cindy), and Rodney Jones; her brother, Fennell Burns; her grandchildren, David Ryan, Stan Ryan, Russell Jones, Christopher Jones, Tanner Jones, Ann Bracknell (Chad), Holley Turner (Brett), Wheeler Kincaid, Elizabeth Kincaid, Michael Jones (Destine), Ashley Jones, Blake Hamner (Liz), Wes Hamner, Bentley Jones, Karah Jones, Kallie Jones, Joshua Fisher, and Keya Fisher; and her great-grandchildren, Dylan, Clara Beth, Lilyan, and Grady. Crenshaw was loved by all who were blessed to know her, She and the love of her life, John, were inseparable from the time he brought this beautiful "city girl"� to the country. She so much loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She loved going to Wolf Creek and feeding the ducks, watching the birds eat while drinking morning coffee, and "Daniel Boonin'"�. She loved her beloved dog Buddy and all the many dogs and horses she and John raised throughout their lives. A prolific reader and serious Alabama football fan, Crenshaw simply loved life and family. Crenshaw had a remarkable positive influence on all whom she met. John and all of the family grieve and wish this one of a kind, wonderful woman was still with us. We will be with her again one day. We will everyday and forever cherish her memory and will honor her by trying to be more like her. Her wish would be for our sadness to heal and to continue to love each other, to appreciate each day, enjoy life, to be happy again, and to laugh. We will. She will be missed by all. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, David Ryan, Stan Ryan, Michael Jones, Russell Jones, Christopher Jones, Tanner Jones, Bentley Jones, and Wheeler Kincaid
