Carl Beck

Carl Beck, age 81, was surrounded by his loving family when he crossed over to be with our Holy Father on July 23, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents, Roman & Stefania; and son, Michael. With a blessed love story legacy for their family, he is survived by his loving high school sweet heart and wife of 60 years, Gloria; daughter, Michele (Micky) Kovar; Granddaughters, Briana Beck & fiancé Matty McGuire, Kelsey Kovar & fiancé Barry Langley Il and Cortney & Christopher Halper. Family was his first priority. He was a man of honor. He enjoyed mentoring others with his wisdom and loved building things with his hands. Fishing was his passion and cooking was his hobby. He was charming, witty and had a beautiful servant heart. He is loved and will be missed beyond words until we meet again...

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations of non-perishable food items to be taken to The Chosen Café's "Blessing From Above" food pantry located at 353 Bear Creek Road, Tuscaloosa, Al 35405.

Thank you all for your love and prayers, so many have asked what our plans are. My Father was a humble man and his wishes were a private family life celebration which we are honoring!
