Betty Jane Jones Wincek, age 83, of Power Springs, Ga., died July 3, 2017, at her residence. Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home will announce complete arrangements later. Survivors include her husband, John D. Wincek, Jr.; five stepchildren; one niece; four nephews; sisters, Margaret Jones Elmore Brown and Gloria Jones Beck; and many grandkids, great-grandkids, great-nieces and nephews.
