Betty L. Crumley Moundville Betty L. Crumley age 72 of Moundville passed away at home on April 1, 2014. Services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday April 3, 2014 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Moundville with Ray Hallman officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church from 10:00am until 11:00am. She is preceded in death by her parents Johnnie and Sarah Redding and her brother Charles Redding. Survivors Include her husband Otis Crumley, Jr. her daughters Angie Cleary, Stacy Shaw (Chris), Rachel Free, and a special niece/daughter Tammy Holbrook (Eddie); her sons Barry (Tracy) Stephens, Chris (Donna) Crumley and Jason (Lori) Stephens; a sister Shirley McCraw and brother Billy (Jackie) Redding. 14 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. "Mama Betty" was loved by all who knew her. She touched so many lives through her love and kindness. We will miss her greatly, but know she is with all her loved ones in Heaven. Until we meet again beautiful lady. Pallbearers will be Chris Shaw, Eddie Holbrook, Tommy Stephens, Joel Kelley, Joey Kay and Mike Cleary. Honorary Pallbearers will be Gene McGraw, Tuscaloosa County School System, Joe and Betty Shaw, Joe and Linda Farley, Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and Doctor Maury Minton University of Alabama. In lieu of flowers family request donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
