Barbara Minor

Barbara Ann Minor (Hartley), 76, of Northport passed away at home on September 4, 2021. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Magnolia Chapel North Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Magnolia Chapel North with Pastor Kelly Jolly officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Moundville AL.

Barbara is survived by three siblings, Jerald (Diane) Hartley, Marlene (Connie) Oswalt, and Becky (Randy) Johnson. Three Children, David Minor, James (Charlotte) Minor, Tina (Daryl) Cory. Grandchildren, Crystal (Kyle) Rudowski, Shawna Minor, Dawson Minor, Ralynn Minor, Ciera (Reese) Shipley, Destin (Hannah-Grace) Trawick, Sandi (Jonathon) Boyd, Jessica Minor. Her 10 Great Grandchildren, as well as special friend James Thomas.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Rudowski, Cameron Reece, Jerry Fulmer, Gene Beard, Michael Hartley, Reese Shipley, Tim Crumpton, Andrew McCown, Randy Johnson and Bobby Barger Jr.

She was preceded in death by her parents Dallas and Ruth Hartley, Grandchildren Ginger Minor, Eric Minor, Taylor Minor and family member Don Minor.

Barbara Minor loved life to the fullest. She never met a stranger and would open her heart and home to anyone in need. She loved our Lord and Savior with all of her heart. Barbara was the strongest, toughest, and most strong willed woman you would ever meet and she showed these traits until her last moments. Barbara loved her family more than anything. She will be missed by so many!
