Annie Wright MOUNDVILLE - Annie Wright, age 88, of Moundville, Alabama, died February 5, 2016 at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 9, 2016, at Magnolia Funeral Home South with Rev. Kenneth Wyatt officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Moundville with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. Visitation will be Monday, February 8, 2016, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., at the funeral home. The body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to services at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Annie Warr; her husband, Eugene Wright; her son, Michael Wright; her grandson, Tommy Wyatt; her great-grandson, Silas Hays; her sisters, Eula King, Mary Heald and Jean Buchanan; and her brothers, Ray Harrell and Albert Harrell. Survivors include her son, Bob Wright (Kathy) of Jacksonville, Florida; her daughter, Leigh Ann Wyatt (Keith) of Moundville, Alabama; her grandchildren, Jamey Wright (Lynda) and Ginny Hays (John), of Jacksonvllle, Florida, Zachary Wyatt, Cameron Wyatt, and Julian Wyatt of Moundville, Alabama; her great-grandchildren, Rebekah Wright, Jonathan Wright, Joshua Wright, Judah Wright, Aidan Wright, Gabriel Wright, Annalee Wright, Sarah Wright, and Noah Hays, all of Jacksonville, Florida; and several nieces and nephews. Born in McBee, South Carolina, she grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. As a navy wife, she traveled extensively and lived in Hawaii, Trinidad, Scotland and several states. She was a long- time member of the Moundville Church of the Nazarene and she loved her family and her church very much. Pallbearers will be Zachary Wyatt, Cameron Wyatt, Julian Wyatt, Noah Hays, Jonathan Wright and Joshua Wright. Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Larry Skelton, the nursing staff of DCH Northport ICU, the nurses and staff at Hospice of West Alabama, Jeannine Collins, Eldyce Wyatt and the Moundville Boy Scouts.
