Ann Baldwin Maddox TUSCALOOSA Ann Baldwin Maddox, age 84, of Tuscaloosa, died Oct. 15, 2012, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South with Dolan Davis officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Harding Maddox, and her parents, Martha Leah Baldwin and Benjamin Franklin Baldwin. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kathryn Maddox Elliott and Shreve Elliott of Tuscaloosa; two granddaughters and their husbands, Laura Elliott Eady and Joe Eady, and Leah Elliott Armstrong and Brad Armstrong; and her three great-grandchildren, Emma Kathryn Eady, Kathryn Elliott Armstrong, and Griffin Anderson Armstrong. The family would like to extend our appreciation to the staffs of Morning Pointe of Tuscaloosa, Hospice of West Alabama, and Forest Manor Nursing Home for their dedicated service and love. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Humane Society of West Alabama or Hospice of West Alabama.
