Agnes Hallman

Agnes B. Hallman NORTHPORT Agnes Bigham Hallman of Northport went to be with the Lord March 13, 2012. She died peacefully in her sleep. She is preceded in death by her husband, Leland "Little Red" Hallman; a daughter, Annie Sue Murphy; a grandson, Jackie Murphy; and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Bigham. She leaves behind a son, Ronnie Hallman (Wanda); a daughter, Shelia Lancaster; a grandson, Ricky Lancaster, Jr. (Trish); a granddaughter, Jennifer Harcrow; and her great-grandchildren, Tyler, Courtney, Dylan, Caitlin, and Michael. She was a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Services will be Friday, March 16, 2012, at 11:00 am. at Phillips Chapel Freewill Baptist Church with Reverend Jerry Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 - 8 pm. at the funeral home. The body will lie in state at the church 30 minutes prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Tom Ingram, Frankie Logan, Stanley Logan, Herman Overstreet, William Bunn, Sam Robinson, and Chris Ingram. Honorary pallbearers are Ann Hinton, Amelia Fenmore, Brenda Mills, Southern Care Hospice workers, and Mr. and Mrs. Ken Swindle. Published in Tuscaloosa News on March 15, 2012
